Seize the day, don't lose yourself,

Have respect for others and your oneself,

Be true to your feelings someone always has your back,

Don't always feel like your going to crack,

Don't think of suicide as the only way out,

Don't be sighing and living in doubt,

Don't take the wound when youre stabbed in the back,

Never lose hope when your big plans crash,

If you ever need me Ill be right here,

When he insults you don't shake with fear,

Live life like theres no tomorrow,

Remember I will always be your hero,

Don't start tearing when the cookie crumbles,

When mom says she loves you she means it so don't mumble,

Remember how many people love you,

If you beleieve theres anything you can do,

Never doubt the strengths that you posses,

Don't take your life because it feels like a mess,

Tell yourself you have one life to live,

If you blow it over something small, loved ones cant forgive,

If you lose the will to survive,

Think of your best friend, with whom you cried,

Remember your mother, who gave birth to you,

Imagine your big brother, who stands up for you,

Envision your sister, who annoys you too much,

Remember esteem you struggled to clutch,

Think of how there is a way,

It's live for the moment and seize the day.
